Company repeatedly messed up my order, and failed to fix it after multiple attempts. Customer service rep actually hung up on me one of the several times I tried to get my order fixed. I had an event planned months ago in which I was going to be selling some of my art. I ordered from Overnight Prints THREE months before my event. When my order hadn't even shipped by the time it was supposed to be delivered, I called them up and they said it was delayed. It was delayed 2 more times (again, they told me this because I called them, not the other way around) before finally I called and they said they didn't have any record of my order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
