Is owncube.com Safe?

Have been using the service for 6 years, my full respect for the support team as they have made every wish of mine (more or less) true, regardless of what type (Server upgrades, maintenance, configurations, modifications, addons, etc...) also one of the cheapest services I know, as leader of a team in a company I need reliable services and secure systems, very satisfied with the performance of the company. Recommended

The service has been working perfectly fine, I am using the cloud for my small business and employees, feedback is very nice. Only been a customer for about 1year, but never had any problem, also the addons and specials seem quite nice. Will give further feedback after some more experience

This company has terrible security and their customer service is not just bad, it is completely hostile. Here you can read my post of some of their attacks on me as a customer. I am not alone in this regard, as others have found their service to be terrible. You will be shocked. If you have ever wanted a person from a business to mock you and tell you there is nothing you can do, OwnCube is for you. ***** After you read some of their "customer support" ask yourself if you would trust your data with them.

Client depuis plus d'un ans, mon compte a été subitement clos sans préavis.Après contact du service de support, celui-ci m'indique que la cause serait le non payement dudit compte, qui a été clos après plusieurs rappels de payement par courriel.Or, ni mon fournisseur de courriels, ni même le site d'Owncube n'a de trace d'un quelconque problème. La section "Mes factures" indique que tout a été payé, la section "Historique des emails" n'indique aucun envois de courriel aux dates indiqués par le support. Je déconseille donc fortement l'utilisation de ce services pour des données sensibles, Owncube ne semble pas avoir grand chose à faire de vos données (mais spam allègrement en fin d'année).

Beware, some of the options they advertise are not currently available. Check before buying. Good customer support reply times, but too often their feedback is confusing and unhelpful. They can be quite rude too. This could be due to the fact that English is not their native language. They claim FLOSS support yet they recommend proprietary solutions.

Günstige Preise, jedoch ist der Server regelmäßig nicht erreichbar und einige Funktionen von Ownclud funktionieren nicht ordnungsgemäß. Sollte ich noch einmal einen Owncloud Server benötigen, würde ich ihn auf jeden Fall selber hosten und auch managen. Was bringt ein File Server auf den man sich nicht verlassen kann? Nichts!
