Is paisalive.com Safe?

Paisalive, an online earning site with Indian origin. I've joined this site before 12 months expecting something from it. Today I've received a lot of dissatisfaction from it. Paisalive didn't give me even a single penny. The only reason might be my failure in choosing a wrong path to earn money. Paisalive is a place where a user should click ad twice or thrice and wait till it gets approved and he/she will be paid Rs.0.25 for a paid mail. Also there will be around 10 special promotions per day. One should register in those promotions to get paid and they pay you max Rs.5. So, there will be a bulk of 300 special promotions per month. "How can an individual have 300 email identities?" So, this paisalive is just to waste the time of users. To appear as a genuine site paisalive pays some of its users. But maximum users are cheated. So, don't get trapped by such fake sites.
