Bulkmail service provider that appears to be used particularly for sending unsolicited communications on behalf of Republican political candidates. Domains referenced in mail originating from Paramount Communications servers include https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/pencepac.com, https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/stophillarypac.org, ***** and ***** It is unclear whether the messages are sent with the authorization of the owners of those domains, or whether the senders -- who identify themselves as members of various grassroots Republican organizations -- are simply promoting conservative candidates or organizations that represent their values.

My mother died 5 years ago, and her AOL account was set to forward to mine. There has been no activity since the first year, and certainly no emails sent out. A month ago according to Paramount Communication my deceased mother apparently opted in to several lists. I don't know where they harvested her address, but she certainly never opted in to anything with them.

the site sends email updates for companies. some of them are for things like getting other states to turn into right to work states. this may piss off some unions which will result in this low score. the site is not a spam site but for people who have added their email to lists. they also allow you to unsubscribe from the emails.

On average, GoDaddy has a small fraction of its registered domains being spammed every day. (5.83% - 318 of 5459 every 5 days in September) In October 2011, this crept up to 14% - 758 of 5514. Because it is the largest in the market, this fraction translates into about 1,000 violations of their terms of service every week. GoDaddy should create and monitor their own spam-trap and get proactive in managing this spam outbreak now that it has become an epidemic. They should work cooperatively with spam research companies to fix their problem.
