Is pavtube.com Safe?

I've ordered two products from Pavtube, on two different occasions. They send a receipt but no registration key number. They sell the products through a company called "MyCommerce," registered in Germany. It is almost impossible to communicate with them, and I have yet to get key numbers or reimbursement. There are other fraud indications, such as when you try to email their "tech support" through the MyCommerce site, you are required to sign into a strange web site, that wants you to register with them, and if you read the conditions, they are given permission to go into your emails, to delete them, and much more. Scary!! The product, if you can get it, is good. This MyCommerce seller is not.

Site is being promoted via forum spam (this address was lifted today from IE7 Pro forum). It's always a bad sign if site owners/operators either spam themselves, or engage 3rd parties to do that for them. Please, do not support spammers, their affiliates, and/or merchants using their services.
