Is pay2us.biz Safe?

I receive daily spam from this site saying they have 'renewed my subscription' and I need to pay. Amount varies every time. Lately they have been sending out additional emails claiming they don't send spam, which is followed up by more requests for payment

Part of possibly the laziest 'fake invoice' scam on the Internet, spam emails linking to pages on 'pay2us.biz' say something like "Your account expired: renew subscription now to resume service." The homepage of the site contains no content, but the URLs provided in the messages lead to a form where visitors can enter the email and 'Order-Id' given in the spam emails and, presumably, go on to hand over their credit card details to the scammer.
