Excellent site, bought my first LTC from them today via debit card and everything went smooth as butter. Payment was processed quickly and funds were sent to my LTC wallet super quick.
I will definitely use them again! Paybis is the real deal!

I spent an entire day uploading ID's. I gave them a drivers license, a government residence card and finally a valid US Passport. Each one was rejected. The passport rejection was the last straw as it was a 2017 issued passport!
I wonder if they are just collecting ID information for illegal purposes. Each of the ID's were valid and expired after 2019. BTC is risky enough without having to worry about the trustworthiness of the exchange and Paybis is not worth wasting your time with. I have already done transactions with ease on other platforms while wasting my time with their ridiculous verification process. They suck.

Bought litecoin twice with credit card, all very good and fast, had no problems whatsoever. Also had to cancel a couple of orders made by mistake and support was super quick to respond to it.
Their fees could be lower though

i bought LTC twice, i don't have any issues. Live customer support is good. The cost is high: 5% fees + 5% creditcard fees + usd conversion charge. I pay 12% extra amount. Compared to other website they are good.

Honest Review, no BS!!
i had a bad experience with Simplex being the payment processor for Changelly .com
simplex is the same payment processor for paybis.com but i get my coins in my wallet in less than 15 mins !!!!!
