Great site, and good and helpful customer support. had some issues and once I have called the service they answered and assisted even though it was night time on a weekend.

I ordered a product. Credit cards/paypal is not available in my region. (This is recent, it was awihle back.) I get charged, they dont cancel the transaction or anything. Is that legal?

This site has NO customer support at all. I am trying to reach them a MONTH by phone and by mail - no answer. They simply don't answer my e-mail messages. Don't trust the phone numbers they provide : you will listen music and after that you will be offer to leave a message.... Few weeks ago I was lucky to reach them by phone and they gladly gave me ..."the ticket number...". Actually,I complained that they charged my credit card TWICE for same product and asked them for refund .Instead of refund I have a "ticket number".
