Is paysera.com Safe?

This Company has a good Marketing to attract clients but makes it very difficult to operate as a merchant. The support replies with same answers and does not go the further step to try to understand the client and help further. Most of the times the client ends up more frustrated than satisfied. I even called them twice to close my account and received same answers. Be aware that they charge a monthly fee on each account you have, even if you have never used such account (basically because they do not supply all the info when u chat to them and you end up with same answer, that yous should read all terms, then why is support there? ) and cannot close it unless you settle that amount. I used their services once and after a lengthy due diligence process I got very disappointed with their service. Never again. If you want to have a good service please stay away from this company. Very misleading company and very disappointed. Please Paysera do not reply my message asking me to contact you back, you had multiple chances to help, you are just a scam.

Strange verification system. They ask for national ID. and they even have a sample from my country to follow. Next thing is they tell you that document type is not acceptable for use (by return email). Wants international passport instead. not everyone has a passport, so that cant be a standard document. Sounds very very fishy. Might as well ask for my fingerprints, birth certificate, all bank accounts, social security, home loan, property purchase agreements, insurance, will and my soul. Hey, does Lucifer run the bank or what ?

Terrible company! they take your money and never give back! tried to transfer my balance back to my account for one year and still did not succeed! The customer reps Jurgita, Anastasija and others are like badly trained robots. Did hundreds of live chats with them, and they all give contradicting answers. They told me on chat that they had internet problems - this is a company that does internet business! avoid by all means!

Paysera it's simple AMAZING I open account few weeks ago and working regular with them Support and quality of services it's 11 over 1 ibeen working with many wallets but this is the best even never seen. Thanks to iveta J.m

Transfered some money from Euro to USD, they asked me to pay a ~€8 fee for the transaction, which I did. I got charged another €25 upon arrival; it did not come from my bank. After contacting Paysera customer service, they answered both my email after about a week, when they advertise 1 business day. Both answers were different, and gave me two very different informations. They blamed the additional fee for "Correspondent Bank", after which I asked to cancel a €700 transfer - they wanted to charge me €10, while I simply transfered my money back, free of charge. To sum up, loads of additional fees for which you have no information. Better to avoid that company; there are a few other with WAY better services and better convertion rates (quick google search).

PASYERA - NO WAY! STAY AWAY! Absolutely unacceptable . Banned corporate and personal account without any reason. it was empty account with no money on it. my partners initiated payment to me and viola - my account blocked and their too.Now they dare to demand to pay for card cancellation ! What ? i strongly recommend to stay away from this scammers.

HIGH-TECH APP I like the fact that I can move money with the app, which I can access just with the finger, thanks to fingerprint technology. REAL IBAN You don't get just a card to pay online, but also a linked account with an iban, really useful. FEATURE REQUEST - CONTACTLESS PAY I hope they will soon make a feature that allows you to pay in stores with the smartphone, eventually joining "Android Pay" system. This service is not but a scam! I successfully completed level 2 verification, which should allow to transfer up to 745 EUR per day. After moving some money to my account (for a much lower amount than that maximum), they arbitrarily locked all my funds and marked as "reserved", preventing me to transfer them back to my bank account! Then they started harassing me with more and more requests, like submitting a passport or doing a Skype call, assuming all users do have a passport and a Skype account. It turns out both assumption are WRONG! In fact I have neither a passport nor a Skype account, yet I promptly submitted my ID and made an inward bank transfer from my bank account (so they could check the owner's name exactly matches the name on the ID as well as the registered name of my account), which are more then enough to prove my identity (furthermore they were actually the only requirements mentioned on the verification page). Their pattern is typical of a Nigerian scam, where you are asked to comply with more and more preposterous requests in order to gain some money, which you will never get in fact. The only difference is that in this case it's about MY money in the first place! They are just finding some excuse to ILLEGALLY hold my funds, so I'm now going to sue them for embezzlement.
