I have used them for years, loved them. MOST RECENTLY however, their customer service, their auto payments, etc have become unreliable. After having my fifth or sixth call to them i asked if they had recently sold, and they acknowledged that a couple of months ago they indeed had been bought. oh well. another one bites the dust. significant cost to their ineptness.

Recently poor operation of web site. Lots of mistakes in paying my bills, which has cost me lots of money in overdraft fees!! Still waiting for them to resolve the situation. I used to love them, but think they may have changed owners???
