when you signup for a trial, they take $50 of your bank without warning. even if you have cancelled. they cancel your account few days after they have taken your money. to contact them you need credits! so there is no way to complain. paypal will not handle the issue since it is a virtual product.

You get a trial account and still are not able to contact support then. However they manage to charge you near $50 UPFRONT when you do not cancel within 2 weeks. Feels like they stole my money.
