No one actually reads email contact to OurTime. They just use autoresponders. No way to call or contact company. I had turned off auto renew (immediately upon subscribing back in July), but they renewed it anyway for $71.94 Asked for a refund and keep getting autoresponder reply about their renewal policy. They say: If you need more assistance, or if this reply did not answer your question, please feel free to reply to this email and we will be happy to continue helping you. BUT they NEVER RESPOND TO THE REPLIES!! OurTime is owned by ***** (same crap - no contact info) Oh wait - Contact info:Customer Care PO Box 12627 Dallas TX 75225 USA Like I should waste a stamp, too?? BTW - Just filed a complaint with the BBB!!

Yet another ***** dating site or visitor tracker. Do not provide any financial or personal data. The "Unsubscribe" is also fake.

I have had no problems with this site. I cannot fathom why it's rated as untrusforthy or otherwise poorly in all categories. I get no spam-- just the emails I should be getting as a result of signing up. Leo
