While the site is great, and ordering parts is easy, beware of the pb location that you take your vehicle to. I had a bad experience at one. Just research where you're going beforehand.

Not happy with this site or their stores. BAD customer service and bad work done on cars. They hire young kids who are unsupervised and when they take the cars out to test drive they abuse the cars/trucks/etc. Then the brag about it cause no one is really supervising them. NOT RECOMMENDED and won't use them for vehicle service ever again, even if they would have the best prices around!

Was quoted a price for a particular service ... then when I mentioned I had a coupon for a $20.00 discount, the original quoted price went up by ... you guessed it ... $20.00. Do not trust these liars. Additionally, their website uses persistent tracking cookie technology Omniture and Quantcast to track your movements across the entire internet.. Untrustworthy and privacy invasion ... steer clear.

Unreasonable return policies that are not followed by the company. Bought part for vehicle after specifying vehicle make/model, etc, but got wrong part. Return process was extremely difficult. Will never ever shop here again.
