Is persopo.com Safe?

I purchased a report trying to get my father's divorce record from 1951. This site did not provide the record, and I called to ask why. They explained that something that old may be on microfilm. DUH, I should have known that.... The young man on the phone did point me in the right direction to locate my dad's record, which I did find. This place is okay by me and I will gladly tell that to anyone!

Sorry for bad English but I am say thanks you to persopo for helping me to find my brother from far away. I look for many weeks finding the new number but never find a thing. I look for public number guide and presopo gives number fast to me. I am happy to hear my brother speaking to me once again! No bad things here to say.

The other review looks like the same fake reviews these sites all leave for each other to drag each other ratings down. The truth is this site doesn't have a huge quantity of data. But if you call during normal business hours they answer quickly, all speak English and work in the US, and cancel/refund your account with no issue at all. Anyone claiming this company doesn't answer there 800 number and quickly and easily cancel/refund your charges is just lying to try to lower there rep.

During a genealogy search I keyword searched this site for a specific document. I paid a fee for one time usage/ access and did not find the document. I called them to no avail and sent an email asking for a refund. Months later my credit card was still being billed and there is absolutely no one in charge to speak with. I emailed the email showing them the date and time I canceled the one time long in that they turned into a never ending subscription. I filed complaints with the better business bureau and the FTC. They will continue to charge your card once they have it no matter what you say. The only way to block them is to have your credit card block them. Do a key word search with their name and see the very very very long list of scammed customers. Play it safe and do not give them your credit card information. If they have scammed you report them to the Nevada Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Do not be as trusting as I was. Be smarter and do not do business with them.
