Pesapal is a provider to avoid for your online payments. I integrated their api with my website for online payment and they never paid when i requested withdrawal. They never replied any of my emails. Once i initiated a withdrawal request, they send an email asking for documents such as Pin certificate, voided check and business registration certificate. I provided all the documents asked and they never paid me. That is how i lost my money with Pesapal. AVOID IT.

Fuck this site. Customer service is dead. I was using this site to buy airtime but one day they just decided to suck the hell out of me. I bought airtime 2 times and never received it. I tried to contact them, they never responded back as they knew me and thats how I lost my cash. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

You made me lose money by concealing the fact that one has to send multiple documents before withdrawing the money. Explain everything upfront so that people can know whether to use your service or not!

They let people pay you then start asking for company registration documents without which you cannot withdraw the money. Its not everyone who offers service online who has a registered limited company so this is just a scam site
