Had trouble canceling online, they claim it's due to security yet you have to call a separate number for the Loyalty Department. Just because of this reason, I wouldn't recommend them

They like to be a VoIP provider. Their only problem is, that you are not able to connect your own VoIP device. Even their support chat is not working - it shows only an empty windows with which you can do nothing. The only working function seems to be the billing. It looks like the site is from a scammer. They are using a proprietary system and promoting their service as VoIP provider. For this reason their offer is more than misleading. Avoid losing money at this site! You get nothing in return for your money. You need to buy their devices if you like to use a device for phone calls. The problems will continue if you are from outside of the US, where you have another voltage and another power connector. Update Sep 15: I even did not receive an email answer from their support after 24 hours. It looks really like the site gets operated from a scammer.

Great phone service. Great prices. I have been using phone.com for quite some time and enjoy their services. Great customer service. If you ever have issues with phone service they are fast and ready to help. I have never had any issues.
