Is phonearena.com Safe?

I found their review of the Lotus to be horribly flawed. It makes the phone sound like a piece of crap when I've found it to be exactly what I need (I have a full physical keyboard, it's a flip phone so it's more durable (don't have to worry about inner screen getting scratched as much and don't have to worry about 'butt' dialing), I don't have to pay for data and can easily lock out data use, and despite the size of the keyboard I've found I can actually type fairly well on it (I could see it being a problem for people with really thick hands but my hands are a decent thickness and I don't have any issues).
