Is picaflor-azul.com Safe?

Spammer spamming the contact forms of websites advertising their services.  First of all, I don't do business with people like Picaflor Azul who are so desperate for business that they have to resort to spamming the customer service contact forms of websites (hint: customer service co ntact forms are placed on websites for customers not for desperate so-called businesses to spam ads for their services and waste the time of my customer service agents...I should send "Anne" a bill for the value of the labor involved in dealing with her contact form spam), and second of all, their claims of being SEO experts and ecommerce experts who can help me grow my sales are a complete joke (yeah right, a home based business that advertises by spamming contact forms is an expert on ways to increase sales...what a joke!).  Contact form spammer listed their info as "Anne from Picaflor-azul"  and "901-207-3675 Memphis, TN" but the WHOIS info for this domain lists the contacts as Jennifer Espinoza Villa Park, IL.  I have zero tolerance for spammers and so a complaint has been filed with the FTC for violations of the CANSPAM act.
