Is pinzoo.com Safe?

Used this site recently Apr 30th 2013 Used it early morn like 1:30am-ish. So here's what I found the first transaction you do with Pinzoo is rather annoying. As they claim "instant" but with you're first transaction it isn't. You have to be called first (or in my case I called them) to be verified. Also this call can only happen during their business hours which is PST time and I'm CST, more waiting :/ I was hoping to get my bfs phone up and running that moment versus the coming morning :/ But called them up and verified i was a living person and the transaction went through and my bfs phone was up and running within the minute. The person I spoke with then resured me that any transaction after will now be instant, yet to try but will see. Prepaid refill I got was for Simple Sobile as recently they weren't accepting cards through their own site (for some odd reason) and PinZoo was a link provided on the Simple Mobile website as an alternative so people could still get there phones paid up. Over all it was an okay experience.

I was about to buy something from them, but I checked their ratings on other websites first. With some genuine 1/5 reviews sprinkled into the mix, nearly all the reviews were written by accounts like this: ***** ...Account made the same day as the post, last log in was their first time logging in, and they have one review, for pinzoo, with a 5/5 rating, and a fairly generic "this is a good site" one sentence review. Very suspicious in my opinion. I'm not bashing the site, but please comment here if you buy something, and legitimize/quash my suspicions.
