The power adaptor of my Epson V500 scanner is broken within the 2 year consumer warrantee period. Pixmania claims this is an accessory and that the warrantee does not apply. Obviously it is NOT an accessory, since the equipment does not work without it. A replacement will cost me about 50 euros ! So now I am obliged to send official letters, complain with consumer organisations and warn all my friends.

J'ai déjà effectué 4 achats, je n'ai eu aucun soucis. Juste livraison un poil longue et un produit en stock au moment de la commande et qui sait soudain retrouvé indisponible. e-mail au servie après-vente d'explication, et j'ai quand même au ma commande comme prévus. Mise à part se soucis, le reste est correcte.
