The only thing about the online ordering is if there is an issue, the number on the website is not the number to the restaurant you ordered from, they have to transfer you which takes more time.

It is an awesome way to order without talking to someone. Once ordered you can stop in and pick it up at the promised time. I love the convenience but they are tracking my orders because I get offers for my items periodically.
