Amazingly, the Playstation 3 has been released between 2006 and 2007, but is relatively absurd is that there is still no PS3 emulator! For the Nintendo Wii was released in 2006 and has an emulator that works.
And when Google search on PS3 emulator appears this website. No downloading this site, not only how or whether to open a game but can also be a virus!

It's not the emulator that's the problem (not that it works, it's fake), but it requires you to instal a certain 'BIOs' file which, is in fact, a fake setup to install SIX (counted them) malware apps on your PC.
This includes istartsurf malware, "System Speedup" aka registry f**ker and some worthless toolbars.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Hier wird nur eine Fake Software vertrieben! Das Teil funktioniert nicht, im Code ist es schon so angelegt, das man automatisch auf das fehlend der BIOS Datei hingewiesen wird, selbst wenn eine BIOS Datei da wär. Die ganze Sache dient nur dazu, das Leute auf diesen ominösen Seiten lauter Mist ausfüllen und ihre Handy Nummer angeben etc., wodurch der Inhaber der Seite Geld generiert bzw. von den anderen Seitenbetreibern bekommt. Vergesst es, es gibt aktuell (07.2013) keinen funktionierenden Emulator der PS3 für den Computer!!!
Das Video wo gezeigt wird dass das funktioniert, wurde Mithilfe eines Mitschnittes von PS3 Konsole gemacht.
