Shipped the wrong item. I purchased one bathroom fan and they shipped one several levels below the one I ordered. Because I could not have it installed for 30 days and therefore discover they sent the wrong fan they said they would not even refund the difference let alone get me the correct fan.

I purchased several exterior lights from PlumberSurplus that were sold as new items. Clearly they had been returned because of problems, but PlumberSurplus sold them as new. The lights didn't fit together, had scratches on them, were missing parts, one had a different bulb in the box, one had a bulb without the box and it was broken, and one light had a broken glass cover. Don't be fooled by their good prices, this is not an ethical company.
