Is powtoon.com Safe?

Repeat credit card charges after we canceled without an email or message... no answer on refunds for days, found out large parts of the service are simply copied from others, and was afraid to even use it for my business (else we can get sued) still waiting for my refund. The animations weren't bad, the other products felt rushed, but the business itself should not be trusted. I found out they even use business names on the website that are not even using them... would not recommend.

My credit card was charged on the one-year anniversary with no advance notice. I emailed them to cancel the subscription and refund my money. They agreed to. Three weeks and three emails later, I still have not received a refund. This seems like a decent product. Too bad they have unscrupulous business practices.

Je recommande vivement ce site, vraiment excellent et vraiment puissant .... c'est simple de faire de superbe présentations... Je trouve juste la prestation un peu cher, et si l'on est étudiant comme moi on a le droit à un logo :( I really recommend this website, it is really excellent and really powerful..... it's so simple to do wonderful presentations.... I think it's pretty expensive and if we are student like me we have a watermark on the videos exported :(
