The website contains images of children and although they don't contain visible abuse or nudity the images are posted with a definite and strong sexual undertone. These images are often posted alongside third party advertising that is of a highly sexual nature. The website is aimed at pedophiles attempting to evade local laws but the website itself doesn't overtly violate any laws.

This is a site with non-sexual photographs of clothed teenage girls taken from tumblr blogs and such and pictures of young looking women. Frequent pop ups and adverts for hardcore legal adult pornography sites are dispersed throughout this site. It is not a safe place for children. The comments some visitors leave about the young girls are horribly crude and sexual in nature. This is against the site's stated rules and crude comments are deleted and the commentators ostensibly banned. The images themselves are mostly a mix of selfies and typical teenage girl silliness. The ubiquitous porn ads and some of the lewd comments that get through before the mods delete them add a sleaze factor to the place, but the content is inoffensive and "cute". Some folks will make assumptions and pass judgement on people viewing these pictures but that is not my concern. It's a legal site with non-sexual images of clothed teenage girls and young women. It's tame stuff. But, for the reasons ,mentioned, definitely not a place for children.
