Well had to leave a comment seeing this in the yellow area. Their cartridges aren't that bad. Better prices but nothing to deserve yellow. I've mostly used meritline since. Right now because Meritline switched brands. I've been forced to ebay.

I agree with ron js (10-29-2010). I too have NEVER had a problem with this company. I've been using them for at least five ***** kidding! I don't understand all the negative scores. From my experience, they are not deserved.

Printpal has good products and good customer service. Only one cartridge was defective which was replace right away. Company provided a prepaid mailer to return the gad cartridge.

Use them a lot, good products, good prices. They DO send a lot of emails, but not sure you could call it spam, as you give them your email. I usually don't bother reading the ads, but they do keep the company's name in mind.

i have NEVER had a problem with this company. ive been using them for ***** kidding i dont understand all the negative scores.

I have used printpal for many years and have found them very reliable.. Have had only 1 complaint where they had sent me the wrong inkjet cartridge. I called them and the correct cartridge was sent immediately.. Their prices are good and the cartridges have not caused any problems with my printers.
