My customers know that I am caring and honest, and my focus on customer service and the finest quality pearls available leaves everyone satisfied with the site. We have an A+ rating with the BBB, and numerous product reviews left by customers on our site will testify to their happiness with both our pearls and our level of service. Shame on ***** for trying to huckster me into adding their badge onto my site for a better reputation rating. You give owners no way to get in touch with your admin to dispute ratings except by joining and creating an account! I wonder how much that little badge of yours would cost me per year? This site is exploitative and manipulative of small business owners doing their best to run an online business in an already heavily competitive environment. Shame.
