It appears to be mostly safe. It basically ads a bunch of functionality for websites- most of which isn't likely to be abused.

As soon as unblocked, It turned on the drag and drop feature on a "design a campaign"wizard from Mailchimp. No problems until now.

Plagiarized from their homepage: "Pusher is a hosted API for quickly, easily and securely adding scalable realtime functionality to web and mobile apps." Since I ran into them on MailChimp, I'm assuming that I have to let their scripts have their way with my browser to empower MailChimp functionality. Therefore I'm giving them TRUSTED status in NoScript.
