Year 2020 - They were easily the most reliable and dependable airlines, New App and website is easy to understand and use, and safe as does not asks for any personal details until you go to the secure booking page

Qatar Scammer!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Was advised to buy a repatriation ticket with Qatar, the flight was then cancelled by the Cypriot government. Qatar call centres employees lied to me every step of the way. No comments were ever recorded, nothing was ever done the way they said it would be done. On their website the cancellations are charged a penalty ZAR900, and Qatar are refusing to refund the ticket even though they cannot provide me a flight to Cyprus or Athens and they will not allow me to enter Qatar. Qatar stole my 1000euro and are forcing to repatriate at a time of their choosing.

Ripped off by Qatar Airways. They downgrade my ticket, forced me onto a flight twice as long and demanded more money months before my flight.

Absolutely despicable company. Conducts bait and switch scams treating customers as dollar signs and not people. Search for Qatar Airways complaints on google and you will find that a lot of customers get taken advantage of!

Avoid Qatar Airways! Nothing but terrible customer service, hidden fees and scams. After we booked our flight the airlines changed flight times, forcing us from a 20-hour flight to a 40-hour flight and punished us with extra fees!!! $250USD!
When we argued they offered the alternative solution of cancelling our flight all together with even more fees! $500USD!
