Вполне безобидный сайт-сокращатель ссылок. Предыдущие негативные комментарии относятся к другим, мошенническим сайтам, ссылки на которые, вероятно, сокращены с помощью этого сервиса. Никакого отношения к данному сервису они не имеют.
