A total spam sewer. Check CleanTalk - ***** You'll see their spam rate is 86% upon writing. All their talk about cleaning up their act is just talk. They profit from illegal activities, and owner, Ilan Mishan, is completely unreputable. Google him. Loser.

From the header of a spam message: ***** ([204.44.78.120]). "ΗΑRΡ 2.0: Sаvе Μоnеу Οn Υоur Μоrtgаgе". "no-reply@harpnow.org" (Don't try finding the business on Google). IP traces to "VirtuaRealm L.L.C" (good luck finding it, virtual is right!). The registrar is ENOM, Contact is "dan.lockner24@yandex.com"(Black hole, don't bother complaining). The only way to get these spammers off of the public's back is to slam their hosts/IPs. Some day, most will listen to the reason of public good, the rest should go out of business.
We get a lot of spam and cracking attempts from IPs within their scope. Many others have reported to have the same problem. If they have tried to clean it up, I would hate to have seen the problem before this amazing fix.
..and before you ask, no I did not fill out a report and send it to Quadrant, it is not my job to police your servers.
This ISP is a source of phish and spam. Their response to spam complaints has been spotty, however quadranet is trying to deal with its spam problems and have been responsive to complaints at this time.

If you can, please post the abuse ticket numbers so we can figure out what was missed. We have recently started filtering port 25 outbound from customers who receive an unnatural amount of spam complaints.
Seems like a typical hosting provider. Sure they get abusive customers, but they appear to be doing a decent job of getting rid of any scammers & spammers on their servers.
This is used by HMA VPN service.

I noticed the poor rating with people reporting scam/phishing from the site and it's probably true due to the large number of people using it and using VPNs to bounce their connection. It's not necessarily all scams coming from this IP/range/host, just a large number of unpoliced users using their network.

Why does hosting an anonymizing service that you're using make us unethical? We also host some TOR nodes.
