I have been a patron of this website for over a year now and I think it's great. I've never had a problem with the site, or any issues with Vendor reliability. when there was an error on my order they responded immediately and reissued the correct order immediately. Have used them before and wlil continue to use them in the future.

No idea why this site has a red ranking - I've had great customer service from them, and no problems at all with their mailing list. They don't send me a lot of mailings, and have respected my requests.

I have only used this site once, but my box arrived on time and the bars I have eaten have been excellent. (I would like them cheaper, but one cannot have it all) The negative ratings on this site without comments to back them up seem like a scam.

Now the site's red. I think it has to be the site's competitors. I've used them and a lot of people in my circles have as well. No explanation for the low rating appears here!

Why is this site red-flagged — and with NO negative comments? I've been ordering from them regularly for a long time and had no negative experiences. Excellent product — the only truly low carb sugar-alcohol-free protein bar I've found! Excellent service.

Why is this site rated yellow?? Is it from competitors? Maybe it's someone that didn't like the product? Or is there actually something wrong with the website? Who knows, because only two others commented and they were both good comments. Maybe it just shows how ineffective WOT has become! I have been ordering Quest Protein Bars from this site since December 2011. I have not had any problems from this website or this company. No scamming or spamming from the website. The company has provided excellent customer service. I will continue to order their protein bars especially the chocolate peanut butter from the natural line.

I'm not sure why this site has a yellow rating. I've had very good luck with them; and the products are 2nd to none in the protein bar arena.
