Is qvc.com Safe?

I really have enjoyed shopping with this company. This company does have its draw backs though. The easy way see what they have, and the easy way to return unwanted items is nice. Yet when it comes to attempting to get the results that the people on the TV sometimes is a struggle sometimes. I hope that older people keep that in mind so if they are not familiar with a certain type of electrical item. These people have assistance either from a family member or church member or someone they know. There is so much shopping down online and or over the television that people who do not know any better can become victims them selves if not made aware. It saddens me that there are horrible people like that in our lovely World.

QVC used to be much better with better prices and quality products. I was a customer for years with a couple orders a month, however stopped using them after i found myself returning more than i was keeping. Though their customer service IS terrific.
