Is rapidrar.com Safe?

limit my account only 40GB a day rapidrar keep limiting my account, they're saying i'm abusing their system. but they won't tell me, what is their criteria for saying i'm abusing their system ? like how many GB per hour or per day ? i keep asking them, but they won't tell me..

I'm positive it contains malware etc, probably they manage to fake the WOT results faking good or positive votes (it is related to Rapid-Movies a very Popular Indian illegal Films Download Web Site)... One hallucinating thing is that the software that is contained in the Web site manages to block SECURITY software ADD-ONS for Firefox and other browsers... This is the case with GHOSTERY, a quite good Firefox security add-on (which is actually quite GooD in general), that DOES NOT analyse the PAGE !!!, and GHOSTERY tells me that it only analyses http and https pages, and pages visited after the installation of the GHOSTERY ADD-ON !!!... Super WEIRD !!!, since It seems the Malware of the page manages to block and/or confuse GHOSTERY and other security and Anti-Malware Applications, and maybe some Anti-Virus too !!!
