Good company, good site. I noticed some negative ratings back at the beginning and wonder what their motive is???. One of the good things about the web is that everyone has a voice, even vandals and idiots, and while it is irritating, it is better than the alternative. But as for this company, they are as close to a "never let you down" outfit as you're apt to find in today's world... an owner-run company that has old-time values and treats customers as freinds and neighbors. When I call I get a real person with a real name, and when I call again, I can talk to the same person! How good is that!

The owners and employees are reliable, dependable, and proud of our products and service. The website was produced by and is maintained by a professional website service, and I believe it is as free of malware as anything on the internet can be.

These are some of the kindest, friendliest people I've ever dealt with as a consumer. Their product is far superior to any dollhouses being built in the US, and their customer service is unsurpassed. If someone said anything else about them, they're very much mistaken.

I'm not sure how this unfavorable rating came about because Real Good Toys is a great company that sells heirloom quality dollhouses that are unsurpassed by any others. I find that Real good Toys is a very trusted web site. I have always and will continue to do buisness with them. If i have a wrong part or are missing parts, or lose a part they respond very quickly to my problem. I receive replacement parts very quickly. I can also call them with any questions and Gary is always there to help me.
