Is realtystore.com Safe?

Any site requiring a single dollar for a trial has anterior motives. As a real estate professional, this site provides enough and enough lacks citation to make its info usable. This is a bate and switch scheme. Consumers see information that they like and ask their agent/broker for more information that forces one to spend $1 or $49 for their “trial” period. Simply lacks propriety.

The site is great. It has allowed me to find properties all over the country. I have closed on over 60 homes using much of the information on this site. I think it is funny that many people have reviewed this site as negative but the fact is that in their ripoff report profile, they respond to each of their complaints. I find the complaints to be unsubstantial. They are super friendly when you call them. I think there are a lot of scammers who go to the site to sign up for a free trial, already knowing that they will be canceling before the trial ends. They forget to cancel and post negative reviews before trying to resolve directly. Typical over reacting fools.

Lures people with fake (aka 'sample') listings. Not a direct hookup for bargains on housing - only provides a means of contacting the delinquent homeowner to negotiate a price (which you can expect to be far-outside the range that lured you to the crappy site). If you love paying monthly fees, you will love this site!

This is a widely used trusted site in the Realtor and real estate investment community. As far as I know they only send emails to people interested in real estate and real estate investing. They are a for profit site. you subscribe to get access to foreclosure and pre-foreclosure property information.
