I thought this would be a trustworthy site. It is not. over 90% of the properties that we found listed here were no longer on the market, some had been off of the market for 6 months or more. I cancelled my account, and when the free trial expired I began to receive SPAM directed to the e-mail address that I had used ONLY to register for the realtytrac.com website. Image of SPAM -> *****

Wants to charge you to look at real estate listings, which are free anywhere else. In other words they expect buyers to pay to look at products. That,s like going to a grocery store that charges admission.

Free trial, then trial membership does not work. must sign up for $60/mo. do not bother to register. it is a con.

They tell you that you are signing up for a free trial. Once they have your information they tell you "oh by the way, you also have to give us your credit card number". If they told you that up front, I would not have a problem with it.

Good for finding houses on streets, but don't sign up. My friend signed up for a free week 6 months ago, they are still making him pay. He called numerous times and told them to cancel, and they said they did. If you want to get the full info, go to a bank and ask them about it.
