Is researchandmarkets.com Safe?

I have been purchasing market research from this company for many years now. Always, their service brings me much satisfaction. The customization they do on products we buy is very fitting to our needs. Each time, they show great understanding and efficiency. Their reports are detailed and insightful, helping much in our business decisions. The way they handle requests, always quick and professional, leaves no room for complaint. We've been buying reports from this market research firm for a few years now. The quality of the reports is consistently good – they're thorough and seem to understand what we're looking for. We've also worked on a couple of custom projects with them, and those went well too. The team in the Dublin office has been easy to work with. They're attentive and make sure we get what we need. Overall, it's been a very positive experience working with them.

This company produces expensive reports by scrapping the web and has little to no knowledge of the subject matter. As an expert in my field I was interested in the report being sold for between $4-7k USD. I am well connected with CEO's and owners of the companies referenced in this report. They had not been contacted to provide any information or to validate findings and the content was factually incorrect. I can only talk about the Managed File Transfer market report but if the quality of this is anything to go by, I wouldn't waste your money on any of them.

As a student during my thesis, interested in two figures, it was not possible for the company to provide me with those. I should buy the whole report. While they could have asked me to send the request via my students email address to verify that I am a student or something else. Students (not companies or professionals) should have access to any reports and literature available to do their independent research work and expand the knowledge of humanity. However, they have answered me politely on my request and declined not only to provide me to share the report (which I do understand) but also with providing me with two figures out of it I would have needed for my thesis.

They were selling a report on the industry I work in, and mentioned our company, before dropping thousands of dollars on the report I was able to get the stats they have for my company, they were such a work of fiction that frankly. I could never take this company or one like it seriously ever.

They charge your card and never send the report they sell! It is a fraud website! Misleading and wrong information provided on their website! Do not TRUST and check the online reviews about it before buying anything! They are ripping you off! Scam, fraud, cheating, unethical!

Received a mail advertising an incredibly expensive report on a domain that is complely out of my interest sphere.  They just collect masses of addresses and send their spammy advertisements around.  I guess it pays of if one idiot in a million mails buys the report.But they stay spammers.

Spam-advertised business. Unsolicited emails claiming to originate from this business advertise books sold by researchandmarkets.com. The fact that they currently have a 'green' rating despite a large number of similar spam complaints against them suggest that they may also be engaged in some vigorous astro-turfing on MyWoT and possibly other reputation sites.

The domain researchandmarkets.com, registered through REGISTER.IT SPA is listed on at least two SPAM blacklists as of today. This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. This leads us to recommend caution on this server as it is possible that if it is compromised for SPAM, other data could be compromised.
