Is resell.biz Safe?

I have been a domain name reseller with them for many years and been happy with that side of their business. On the other hand, they are terrible web hosts. About two years ago I decided to become a web hosting reseller. They don't have 24/7 tech support so if your site goes down Friday night - its down for the weekend. To top it off... they seem to do maintenance on Friday night, which often goes sideways and causes an outage.
