Is resellerratings.com Safe?

This site accepts and displays customer ratings of customer's opinions and experiences for online retailers. This site is a script server for their client's sites. I do not have enough experience with this site to trust it especially when so many seem to have found evidence of tampering. Since this site serves ratings for many other sites, comments must contain the site at which they purchased the item with which they had a product or service issue. This site is not suitable for children. The caption reads Child Safety, but the question is about suitability, which is how I rate it. I have yet to find a site where a child would be unsafe, but many that are unsuitable for children.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased a motherboard via internet and found received the wrong application. I sent it back and pay 90 for tracking SMARTS THING I EVER DID. About a four weeks later i still had not received my return all thou tracking number verified return was received. So i emailed them they told me the package did not receive in time no refund. B S i sent them the tracking number and they sent me part of my return.

So many fake reviews, and apparently they have a system where companies can "buy back" their ratings - aka clear all negative comments. I'm not sure if this system is still being implemented, but I see many stores, which I know have terrible reviews or will scam you, and they have near perfect ratings with hundreds of fake reviews posted every day.
