Is resultfirst.com Safe?

Spammer SEO Internet marketing company ResultFirst.com, a domain registered to Chitra Mehta of Tangence Inc that lists a San Jose CA street address on its WHOIS despite the fact that Mehta's LinkedIn profile lists his location as India, harvested my email address and sent me unsolicited illegal SPAM email in violation of the US CANSPAM Act anti-SPAM law.  Before receiving illegal spam from these Indian spammers I had never heard of this so-called digital marketing company. Violating US law is not a good way to win customers.  Illegal SPAM reported to FTC, California Attorney General, and Spamcop.

Sending out spam offering to get you top of google search results and claiming they won't charge you until you are top - weird that they themselves don't appear anywhere near the top of Google for Search Engine Optimisation, SEO services or many other SEO google searches. Besides what does "Pay only when we rank your keywords on top searches. " mean - their website just says you pay based on performance..... Would not touch with a barge pole

I have been signed up with resultfirst from past two years and these two years were tremendous two years for my business as my site was ranking on the top of google resulting business and revenue for me.
