The information they provide is quite confusing, and you need to be chasing them to understand it and to keep informed about your debt status. During my experience with them, I used to pay around 5th every month, and I discovered by myself that they had some technical issue (they later recognized it by phone), so it seemed as I was not paying in time, when I was actually doing it, and they charged to me for several months with extra fees until I discovered it. They never will find or will inform you about any problem which can put some extra money on to their pocket, even when it's their own mistake.
