When you go to rfihub.com you get a domain not found error. A whois search reveals this is owned by rocketfuel.com. They are, in turn, being bought by sizmek.com. From their privacy policy: "Through our services, our customers – advertisers, advertising agencies, publishers, and other users of Sizmek services – may collect and use information about you to provide you a more tailored online advertising experience." So, another one of the 5 billion advertisers who have no respect for you.

It isn't a virus. It apparently is a tracker- and one that can't load. I encountered it as an XSS on another site- and it definitely is staying blocked.
