An excellent site! Customer service, whether online or on the phone, is extraordinarily helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If the person you're talking to can't answer your question, they will forward you to someone on their technical staff that will walk you through the process of whatever issue you're having difficulty with (setting a stone, applying a patina to metal, firing PMC, etc.) They sell wholesale, so while the prices might seem high, you have to take into account that you're buying items in bulk. The quality of their stones can't be surpassed, and you can buy both wire (sterling and gold-filled) (round, half-round, square & triangle, at least in the case of sterling) along with many styles of sterling chain by the foot, as long as you get a minimum of 1/2 oz. In addition to the multitude of supplies to make your own jewelry, they also offer pre-made jewelry at reasonable prices. I could go on & on about how wonderful this company is. I've yet to have a bad experience with them, & I've been ordering from them for over 10 years. You can place orders over the phone, or if they're closed, you can order online. You can order any of their 3 catalogs, Gems & Findings, which includes Packaging Materials, Tools & Equipment, & a recently new one, which offers materials for Enameling and PMC supplies, & I believe materials for making your own Glass Beads. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone that makes their own jewelry!! (Oh, I forgot to add, you can view all catalogs online, plus view their sales flyers along with items that are on closeout--a great way to catch a bargain!)
