Is rivithead.com Safe?

After buying a pair of boots, I later received an email from their customer support saying that the information that I had given them for my card was wrong, yet they still charged it. Professional websites are supposed to let you know that you've given them the wrong billing information upfront instead of through a very informal and unprofessional email asking us to reenter our credit card information through said email. That is a very unsecure way of handling such sensitive information. We quickly canceled our order, yet they still have not given back a refund. Not at all pleased; if you want any of the products in their list, go to a more reputable source.

Very good site. I know a few people who have ordered from them and have had no problems at all. In regards to the people saying that this is "inappropriate" or have "pornografi", this is untrue and ridiculous. Beyond that fact that there are a few low-cut tops or dresses that show back, it's a perfectly fit website for everyone within the gothic sub-culture.
