Is rlrles.com Safe?

This is a scam site. I paid for a soundbar and subwoofer package. It never arrived yet the company claimed that they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number was associated with a trinket that I received that I thought was a wayward eBay order. It was a piece of junk and I had thrown it out. I was informed by the proprietor of the UPS Store where I receive my mail that this is a common scam and provides the criminal organization with a paper trail they can point to. Regardless, neither they nor I ever received any package that came even close to being a soundbar and subwoofer, quite large boxes that cannot be missed.
