I have done business with them for years with no problem unsubscribing to any of their email. They have always been very prompt about unsubscribing.

I had no problem with unsubscribing to an extra email received (I checked the box wrong when subscribing to newsletter). It does take a little while, of course, for them to do so, but not unreasonable. Have had no problems with extra spam at all.

I have had only good experience with this site. When you sign up for newsletter they ASK you if you want other ones. If you don't check them, you won't get them. It is just a site for organic gardening & related articles, so being listed on an adult site must have been a mistake. I have personally received no spam from them.

I signed up for one newsletter and started receiving several, including "prevention" mag. I've unsubscribed. I'll update here if it does work.
