Spam message: "Margaret Johnson just sent you $2,125.00 USD with Paypal. Paypal recommends to withdraw it now." From the message header: ***** [175.88.168.46] IP address traces way out to China. However, per HPHosts, the IP is ***** (here). Suspect some proxying. Hidden behind a domain proxy service. As long as law enforcement allows this to happen, it will. Spammers and scammers.

Although rookmedia is rated and recognized as a serious by peers, it is hosting and/or parking potentially fraudulent sites. As of today, I give them the credit of doubt, but depending on the result of my spam reports, I will correct my rating accordingly.

service provider and criminal behavior enabler - rook media can claim to be a platform all they want - but in the case of creditcardsgeek.com, spamvertised through their platform - the images are also hosted by their platform - meaning they provide tracking and monetization of illegal behavior.
