Is rssing.com Safe?

This site seems to be a poorly maintained website scraper using RSS feeds. Most of the content leads to cloudflare which returns a 502 error. This website has existed since at least 2013 and is not a parked domain but it seems quite useless. RSSING dot com scraped seven of my answers to innocuous questions on Quora, which I just discovered today. However, the content was not accessible and all links directed to cloudflare.
