Is russian-crafts.com Safe?

I have made 2 separate purchases from this site and the result has always been spectacular. Both times they included items (small glass characters) which I did not purchase. I presume they did this in case any of the glass characters that I ordered were broken during shipment. In addition, I was refunded part of the shipping costs on one order because he was able to get better shipping. Nothing has ever arrived broken. The products I have ordered (small glass figurines) are just like their pictures on the website. I have also ordered 2 of the same figurine and it amazes me how similar they are since they are hand made. They are nearly identical and it takes a close eye to tell the difference. It does take a while to receive the order, but hey, it's coming from Russia! However, the prices and quality are so good that it is well worth the wait. Five out of five stars!
